    The half nobody asks about

Nobody asked what they were eating

The conversation about mood, focus and behaviour is usually about therapy, medication, screens and sleep. All of those matter. But almost nobody asks what is on the plate three times a day — even though most of the body's serotonin is produced in the gut and the gut-brain axis is now among the most active areas in psychiatry.

This is not a claim that food replaces mental health care. It doesn't, and we would never ask anyone to stop treatment that is working. It is the observation that one of the largest inputs into brain chemistry is the one nobody is looking at — and it happens to be the one you can change tomorrow.

    How it works

    Three pillars, run together

Evidence-based nutrition applied to the gut-brain axis, supervised by clinicians.

    1. Root-cause assessment

A clinical assessment and a personalised nutrition plan built around the individual — with protocols appropriate to a child aged 3–17 or an adult, not a scaled-down version of the same thing.

    2. Group accountability

Structured group support and daily WhatsApp accountability — for a family changing how they eat together, this is the part that decides whether it holds.

    3. Monthly clinical review

A clinician consultation each month to review what's changed and adjust the protocol, alongside 3S Lifestyle coaching: Sleep, Sports and Stress.

A critical heart diagnosis was the turning point. When his own care focused on procedures and prescriptions, Dr. Khan went looking for the driver underneath — and reversed his own condition through nutrition.

He has since built the clinician-led protocols these programmes run on, and taught them to thousands of members and clinicians across 20+ countries.
